After spending over two decades in the Operating Room, I felt God's calling for something more. The endless cycle of punching in and out, working crazy hours in the dead of night, and being denied time off due to understaffing — it just wasn't the life I wanted for myself or my family. And you know what? I realized I wanted something different. Enough was enough.
I asked myself, "Why can't I make a living doing what I love while helping others?" Sure, my income was good, but I knew I hit the ceiling in my career. My job would never give me the freedom I craved. So, I made a bold decision — it was time for a BIG change.
